Spring Challenge: April 15-May 16
Workout EVERY day for 30 days straight at The Bar to prepare for our upcoming epic summer! You get TWO days off: Easter and Mother’s Day. Aside from those, we are on! If you want to participate, fill in your name on our Challenge Board and input the name of the class you take on its corresponding day. But we’re closed on Sundays, you say? On Sunday, April 28th, join The Bar at 9 am to walk the Grade, followed by yummy smoothies at the studio. Then on Sunday, May 5, start your Cinco de Mayo off right with a yoga class at 9 am. All Challenge participants are invited to a wrap up party at The Bar on Friday, May 17 at 5:15. Drinks, apps, music, and awesome people, what more could you ask for? Questions?
