Dear Bar Patrons,

Fall is in the air, school has started and it’s time to settle back into our routines. Hopefully your routine includes coming to The Bar ALL of the time! September was a busy month for the studio with both Thea’s wedding and Robyn’s wedding. What fun was had! But there is more fun to come. Take a look at our plans for October.

October Client of the Month! Kate Läufer Hello everyone . I’m Kate . Born and raised in Russia ,I have been in Tahoe for 18 years so that’s definitely home at this point . My son just started 5th grade and I have been doing hair for over 12 years . Favorite things about my job for me are color transformations and up dos . If I’m not at work or at the soccer field with my son , usually I’m out in nature somewhere with my dogs . We absolutely love hiking and camping in Tahoe . I’m very grateful to be a part of such motivating , inspiring and supportive The bar family . So thank you so much to all of the amazing instructors . Favorite Moto :” exercise induces endorphins and happy people just don’t kill people."

Foam Rolling Workshop

Ricardo is holding a foam rolling workshop on Saturday, October 20 from 10:45 am-11:30 am. It’s so important to stretch and work through your muscles on a regular basis, and the foam roller will take you so much deeper. If you have your own foam roller, please bring it!
