Our pilates classes are performed on the floor using an exercise mat. It employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements to build core strength. We supply all equipment needed.
TRX, or Total Resistance Exercise, is a specialized form of suspension based resistance training. Straps are used on hand or feet to partially suspend your body and then your body weight is used as resistance. It combines both strength and cardio to ensure a full body workout.
