Tiffany is a Tahoe native, fitness enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors. With nearly 15 years of fitness instruction under her belt, she brings challenging, effective, and innovative workouts to The Bar. Her fitness experience includes instruction in Spin, Bootcamp-style workouts including HIIT, Strength and Conditioning as well as competitive experience in mountain bike racing and Olympic distance triathlons. Her classes are influenced by the outdoor sports she loves including mountain biking, road biking, running, swimming, dog-walking (of course this is a sport, have you met her dogs?), and cross-country skiing. Always with an eye on the competitive edge, Tiffany's method will improve your power and strength, flexibility and agility, and your endurance and stamina.
