Ricardo Ramirez

I started my journey in the fitness industry when I was at the early stage of obesity. I went to LTCC to learn how to lose weight by educating myself because I was tired of trying different things and not getting the results I wanted. After I finally managed my weight I started doing the things I wanted do like competing in Martial Arts and other outdoor activities. I was not planning to be a personal trainer but my passion grew when I started helping others. I realized that I needed to get better and keep educating myself to become a better resource to others. I became a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). When working as a Physical Therapy Tech I decided to get my Corrective Exercise Specialization to be able to help others overcome their injuries. When I tried TRX I fell in love with it, and this led me to learn everything TRX, after taking all courses available I became the only TRX Grey Ranked Certified instructor in Tahoe, I still have long road of learning, and I’m excited about it and where it will take me and my athletes. My vision is to see individuals enjoying an active life, and my mission is to help them with their journey.
