Barre
Barre’s origins come from ballet and physical therapy and is a low-impact workout focused on safety and strength. While the movements may be small, the effect is almost immediate. Students will work all muscles to the point of exhaustion before stretching them in order to improve flexibility and pull the muscles closer to the bones to lean and lengthen your body. Barre will leave you tighter, toned, more mobile and it will improve your posture. The instructor is hands-on to ensure you are in the correct positions to maximize your results.
